GROUP FITNESS CLASS

**Please wear mask when entering the building. New clients must bring vaccination card.  Facial shield will be provided to be worn during class.  

Kangoo Jump - This class is an absolutely amazing and fun workout for everybody to enjoy.  45-minute intense cardiovascular workout that combines dance moves and jumping for a FITastic time . For all fitness levels. Boot included.

R.I.P.P.E.D - Combines Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, core and a very important Diet program. Designed to help everybody meet their ultimate fitness goals in a super fun group exercise environment.  For all fitness levels. 

L.A.B (Legs, Abs, & Butt) - Time to his the L.A.B to tone your legs, flatten your stomach and lift that booty.  45 minute of intense exercises targeting the right muscle groups using weights, resistance bands, body weight sliders.  For all fitness level.  Bring your own mat. 

Shred & Burn - This class is a 45-minute burst of intense activity alternated with steps, weights and cardio.  Get ready to shred the weight and burn those calories. For all fitness level.
