Service Description

An experience that prepares the body and mind for meditation through a gentle yoga flow. The practice heavily focuses on breath work, mindfulness, body opening, and divine conscious awakening.

Cancellation Policy

If there is a need to cancel for any reason we ask for a 24 hour notice. “NO SHOW” for appointments made outside of normal business hours will result in a $50 service charge deductible from prepaid service item/package. Remaining balance will be applied towards next service appointment.
