Our Classic Manicure pampers your hands with gentle nail shaping, cuticle care, and a warm towel treatment. Enjoy a warm lotion hand massage to relieve tension, followed by your choice of polish for a clean, polished finish. Relaxation and everyday elegance in one service.


Cancellation Policy

Outside Work Policy For the health and safety of your nails and to maintain the quality of our work, we do not perform fill-ins on acrylic or gel work done by another salon or artist. If you are coming in with existing products on your nails, you will be required to: Have the previous set removed (soak-off or removal service), and Receive a new full set with our products and standards. This Ensures: Proper sanitation Product compatibility Long-lasting, high-quality results A consistent look and finish aligned with our work standards Refund & Repair Policy All services are non-refundable. We provide time, labor, and professional products for every appointment; therefore refunds are not issued once a service has been completed. If you are not satisfied with your nails, please let us know before you leave the nail spa. We will gladly make adjustments during the appointment at no additional cost. If an issue occurs after your appointment: We offer a 42-hour grace period for minor repairs such as: A nail lifting A crystal or charm falling off A polish chip Repairs within 72 hours are complimentary. After 48 hours, repairs will be charged according to the standard repair pricing. We do not offer refunds on services that: Were completed and approved by the client at checkout Were altered or picked at by the client after leaving Were done on previously damaged nails that were disclosed during consultation Nail Art & Designs Complex designs, charms, and stones are considered enhancements. While we secure them properly, they require gentle care. If nail art is lost after 48 hours, a standard replacement charge will apply. Late Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. We offer a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may require full payment to book future appointments. Health & Sanitation We do not provide services on infected or broken skin. If you currently have signs of fungus, open wounds, or severe irritation, we may have to decline the service for health and safety reasons. Children & Guests To ensure a relaxing environment and for safety reasons, no additional guests or children are allowed unless they are receiving a service.
