Service Description

Our sound bowl healing sessions use intentional frequencies and vibrations to help release stored tension within the body especially in the womb and pelvic space. As sound waves move through you, they support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment. This experience allows you to simply lie back, receive, and let the sound do the work bringing your body back into a state of balance and calm. Includes 15 min consultation and 30 min womb sound healing therapy.
