If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at products@reinventuspawellness.com with your order number, photo of the product and packaging, a brief description of the issue.  If approved, we will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion. 

All our herbal teas, tinctures and wellness products are handcrafted in small batches and made to order to ensure freshness, potency, and quality.    Because each item is prepared specifically for you, please allow: 2-4 weeks for processing & shipping.

One your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. 

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

Processing time is separate from shipping time. 

Expedited shipping does not reduce the production time.

During high -volume launches or seasonal promotions, processing time may take the full 4 weeks.
