About the Event
🍷Come dressed in comfortable clothing. Everyone will be asked to remove their shoes upon entering the fitness room. Wear tank top or short sleeve shirt for the "touch" segment of the class. Bring one mat for you and your partner to share.
🍷This is a sensual class that includes close movement and guided touch. Please ensure you and your partner are aligned and comfortable.
🍷Bring your favorite bottle of wine (glasses will be provided).
🍷Light refreshments will be served.
