Tickets are non-refundable- no exceptions. You can transfer the ticket to someone else but you must provide their name via email to us 48 hours before the event date at frances@reinventuspawellness.com

Arrive by 8:45am to ensure we start on time.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another guest. Reinvent U Spa & Wellness must be notified at least 48 hours prior via email at frances@reinventuspawellness.com to the event, and the full name of the new ticket holder must be provided. If Reinvent U Spa & Wellness cancels the event, ticket purchase will not be refunded. Guests will have the option to:

• Attend the rescheduled event date, or • Apply their ticket toward another Reinvent U event of equal value. By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to the said policy.
